Juno is a special movie for me.
It’s the first American indie (rom com) film I ever watched, It is also the first “limited release” film I have seen in theatre. it’s also the first film whose script I read — before watching the film.
I’m a huge fan of Alias, and naturally, Jennifer Garner. in 2007 I was just looking at her IMDB page and anxiously waiting for Juno to be released, I’m sure that’s how I found out about the film. I was looking forward to it so badly that I somehow found a script online, and debated if I should read it before the film. And I did, that was the first time I knew you could find scripts online, and my first time reading an actual feature script. When it finally came out, I remember dragging my cousins to see it with me, at the Sheppard Grand Theatre that’s now closed.
I just watched it again tonight, I don’t think I have seen it since I first saw it, but it’s such a perfect film. ;___;
