I got the book, and 10 pages in I was like really, what is this shit? I was so disappointed it’s not even funny. Dirk really didn’t do his best job on this book. Maybe it’s just me and I’m the world’s biggest critique ever, but I was disappointed with his job on many of the pictures. Many of them I know I could’ve done a better job of, like there were some really oddly focused photos and photos of things that were just unnecessary and if he had taken them at different angels would’ve been artsy but weren’t. UGH IDK I’M JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I really like his photography of like the girls and stuff that he does, like his model work, but idk. There were some really amazing photos, obviously cause it’s Dirk Mai, but like 50% were shit and I was so so so so upset with him. Omg ugh. The best part was that I think it’s all done with film, or at least it looks like it so that’s amazing, I love film. But alsknglksa ugh such a disappointment. : /. The guys journal entries were really interesting though. OK WHO WOULD LIKE TO BORROW THE BOOK NOW?
